I’m thinking of buying a phone from ebay. It’s a Motorola one on Vodafone but says it’s locked. Is it easy to unlock? Or can I just put my sim card in it and it’ll be fine?

but if i buy from ebay usa delivered by FED EX courier .my doubt is will i get charged extra like duty to bring it in to India.if yes how much will i have to pay extra? is it 10 or 20% or more
