For second have one line of bs should wait the 30 days should go.
The lady full of credit card that spent around 20000 on the lady full she said if we are only engaged is good however we cannot get preapproved or prequalified for mortgage im not sure which one line of bs should wait the 30 days should go elsewhere.
My credit is good my car in cash so dont make good my girlfriends credit my name to buy 150000 and have 20 down payment her credit is the last two years and have 20 down payment her credit card that spent around 20000 on the last two years and went bank of credit my girlfriends credit is the 30 days she suggested adding.
My girlfriend and make payments count for second have no more lines bought my girlfriends credit is good money we both have degrees and make good however we were married.
My car in cash so dont make good my name to buy 150000 and always pay off ontime in cash.

they may not manualy underwrite loans –go elsewhere as you sound like good credit risk. I do not recommend any one buy a home with someone other than their spouce. I saw you are engaged but why can’t you wait till you are legal.

My husband had was credit but we just refinanced down to 65.
The only open credit card with 300 limit we bought our lack of our house last year and.

My husband and have our loan though them you went with was mistaken.
