I always see people selling tons of cosmetics on ebay, I know they buy them in lots, but not sure where they are getting them. I want to buy high end cosmetics lots in particular to sell on Ebay. Anyone know a wholesaler or closeout company that does HIGH END (department store) cosmetics?
