Help! i really want to purchase something on ebay. i tried to contact the seller but since i have no feedback yet or a credit line, i cant ask them a question.
they keep asking me for a credit card number. do i really need one?? ive read on some seller’s payment method that they accept cashier’s check, money transfer etc..but how could i confirm this with them if i cant send them any message??
