You would actually probably need to develop a website that caters to circuit breakers. Moreso then this, you need to advertise in online classifieds such as craigslist.com and local newspaper classifieds. Most of which are free. Get your name out there in the industry and provide a good price, and you will sell.
You would do best by dealing with business that use circuit breakers moreso then you would individuals like those that shop EBAY.
