check feedback, look and see if they fail to send items, i dont bid if they have a 97 feedback rating or lower

Check out all of the sellers past transactions. If they have a good positive score with many successful transactions then you will more than likely be fine.

The buyers history and read some of his reports if it is positive then you should be safe if it is positive then you would prolly be safe if it hope helped.
