Can I buy on ebay or use PayPal without a bank account or credit card?

I was wondering if I could use the ebay gift cards or MasterCard/VISA/American Express gift cards to bid for items on ebay without linking the account to a bank account or a credit card. Also, can you use PayPal without linking it to a bank account or credit card? Thank you for your time.

An option to paypal there is an option to paypal account that is where you to pay with the screen where it takes you.
An option to paypal you to enter your mastervisaamex card info.
An option to pay without paypal you can still pay with your mastervisaamex without paypal account that is an option to paypal you can still pay with your mastervisaamex card info.

You can use eBay giftcards on eBay, but I don’t think you can use the others. You can use Paypal without attaching it to a bank account or credit card. You’ll just have to send deposits or open a credit line.
