of course…upgrade would include renewing your contract but when you bring in your own equipment it has nothing to do with your upgrade date

Yeah, upgrading means buying a phone from the company, for example sprint or verizon.
You can activate to whatever phone as long as its the same company

For full price without an upgrade just like on ebay wow who would imagine.
