Aditya asked:

Hi! I have eBay account. I’m so confused of buying and selling in eBay. I don’t have any credit card. Then, are there any alternative ways to buy things in eBay? How could we know that the information provided by the seller is correct? If the object is coming by ship, if it is damaged in shipping, who will take responsibility of it? Please answer this question….

If you donot have a credit card, you can pay via Cheque or Demand Draft. In this case, the item will be dispatched by the seller once he receives the payment.

There are some sellers who also offer Cash on Delivery Option. All the possible payments options can be seen once you select the select the item to buy and proceed towards payment.

You can check the seller’s credibility before buying from him. People who have bought from him leave their comments on his profile.

Regarding damage so some seller offer replacement if items are damaged.

Moreover if you are not satisfies with the shipment or the item is not as was adveritized, you can contact ebay who has set procedures via which you can get your payment back.
Visit the ebay website (http://www.ebay.in) for more info.
