Leave negative feedback, and complain to eBay. They may suspend his account.
Really, it’s probably not worth the expense to sue over.

Nothing if he owns it-except go to the staff on ebay. Some auctions say they can withdraw at anytime-check his and refer the sale to the appro. dept
