Hello,
I sold my car on ebay, my questions is that the buyer is serving in Iraq and wants to transfer money to my account. What should i do? Is it safe receiving money? What payment method should i ask for?

There is no better way to get paid than with a bank transfer. No, the information cannot be used to withdraw money. Don’t let misinformation on the internet ruin your transaction. Bank transfers are extremely safe for the seller. They are irreversable, except in extremely rare cases.
Basically, its the same information you readily give away whenever you write a check. You need to give him your bank’s name, your routing number, your account number, your name and address.
Paypal is not for vehicles. Their user agreement specifically says that it doesn’t provide provide protection for either buyers or sellers when it comes to vehicles. Besides, it would cost hundreds for such a large transaction.
