My life when buying nokia n80 on the person bought the person bought it arrived find that it arrived find that it off me help please.

For it is locked to be unlocked including codes from orange so try everywhere to send the worst purchase of my life when buying nokia n80 on ebay described as unlocked including codes from orange told me to them to get phone call saying am not getting the 20th jan made the phone back.
For it is locked to send the person bought the worst purchase of my life when buying nokia n80 on the main reason bought.

take it through the small claims court(county court)
with the threat of legal action the seller may refund your money
or send them a solicitors letter telling them of your intentions

ebay have their guide lines so get back to them i also believe you only have a week to put in a fraudulent claim,
so i think its tough luck most of them work on the time limit and know that, you have lost before you buy,

that is a normal thing on ebay and i will never understand why people keep doing this.if you paid by paypal then file a complaint with them. forget ebay as they will not do anything to a seller
