have any one tried buying cell phone from USA through ebay.I am planning to buy SE p990i for 250$ which is a bargain!!!
but if i buy from ebay usa delivered by FED EX courier .my doubt is will i get charged extra like duty to bring it in to India.if yes how much will i have to pay extra? is it 10 or 20% or more

Yup, Indian customs will charge you.
Best is to ask a friend in the US to get it and send it to you through someone who’s flying to India.
